update on surgery

well i'm going to post a graphic pic, just so you can see what i'm talking about, and if you have to have the moh's procedure, this is what it could look like for you.  oh I hope it gets better-they say it will look better eventually. pray pray.

  2. (Faint) I didn't realize the extremity. Ouch! You are very brave! I hope each day brings less pain and speedy healing... Hang in there!

  3. It WILL get better. I remember thinking mine would never heal too. The MOHs was much better than having a huge hole in my leg that took six months to "fill in". That was awful. Hang in there and yes...wear that sunscreen.

  5. I'm so glad I happened to read this. I've had a skin cancer taken off the side of my nose about a year and a half ago. At the time the Dr. told me if it came back I might have to have a skin graft. Now there is a small red spot and she says if it has grown in three months she will biopsy it. I've been scared to death because I know nothing about skin grafts. This post helped me a great deal. I smear sunscreen on it thickly! lol

    I'm hoping you will soon be out of pain and heal quickly and completely.
